The I Rise Project began as way to let Donald Trump know he does not have a mandate.  His racist, misogynistic, divisive language does not reflect who we are.  The LGBT community, Muslim Americans, African Americans, Hispanic Americans and women are in danger of being harassed or attacked in Donald Trumps’ America.  It is happening already and we can only imagine it will get worse.

We are not protesting the results of the election.  We recognize Donald Trump will be the president but he must represent all Americans.
